To be faced with the development of advanced-industry
states, Indonesian-labors still faced with more problems
to competes with others labors from the others states.
For that reason, PT Indonaker Mandiri will do more efforts
to get trespass the labors market opportunities in every
states. One of efforts that this company doing is developing
of cooperation with some PT. Indonaker Mandiri business
partners inside the states or outside the states.

- Training ( The mechanism
of trainning )
Every Indonesian-labors which
will move to others states will have some abilities
that they had it from the trainning. This training
has arranged by "Balai Latihan Kerja Luar Negeri"
(Foreign workshop trained) which managed by PT. Indonaker
Mandiri. At Foreign workshop trained the labors applicant
became ready during the training, inside the classes
or by outdoors work-field which focused in getting
or building the skillfull such as household helper,
baby sitter, health caretaker, menufactory worker,
fishery worker, bellhop the ready to work labors.
Good adaptation in doing their jobs and good work
relationship. After that finished all the training
times, the labors applicant must be tested first by
Team of skill-test from the government Department
of Labors.
- Labors Protection
PT. Indonaker Mandiri is very supporting expedient
and effort which doing by the government through the
Department of labors for fixed the protection program
for all the Indonesian Labors.
By the way PT. Indonaker Mandiri
obtained to maximally as possible to watch and gave
protection to all Indonesian labors starting from
their first application, as long in the relocation
place, placing in foreign states and after they
finished their work and will back to Indonesia States.
